We introduce Rota-Baxter operators on Lie groups so that the differentiation of a Rota-Baxter operator on a Lie group gives a Rota-Baxter operator on the corresponding Lie algebra. The factorization theorem for Rota-Baxter Lie groups are proved. As geometrization, the notions of Rota-Baxter Lie algebroids and groupoids are introduced, with the former a differentiation of the latter. Examples and applications are provided for these new notions. This is a joint work with Li Guo and Yunhe Sheng.
*主讲人简介：
郎红蕾，博士，2011年7月本科毕业于吉林大学数学学院，2016年7月毕业于北京大学168幸运飞艇计划
，获理学博士学位，期间做为联合培养博士于2014年9月到2015年11月在美国宾州州立大学学习。2016年8月至2018年1月在德国马克斯普朗克数学所从事博士后研究，2018年1月至今在中国农业大学理学院工作，为应用数学系副教授。主要研究领域是Poisson几何和数学物理，主持国家自然科学基金一项。
